Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a condition which occurs when there is an interruption of the body and mind’s natural healing process.
Following a trauma, research shows individuals who receive enough emotional, mental and spiritual support to process the trauma will heal. However, when trauma occurs and circumstances do not present the person with enough (or any) time, tools and support to heal, the body and mind cannot resolve the traumatic experience.

It is important to note that what is true about healing trauma is also true about Pain Points (Experiences that may not rise to the level of PTSD but were still painful and still effecting you. Feeling stuck, unhappy, anxious, angry or having other symptoms that block your ability to feel open and productive, indicate something is unresolved that can be further healed in very much the same way trauma can, so that you can thrive.

Our focus will be helping you pinpoint the experiences you have gone through which, for a variety of reasons, have not been fully digested and assimilated.
These unresolved emotional experiences are the basis for symptoms such as anxiety, depression, irritability, inability to concentrate, and limitations in one’s ability to function and communicate effectively in relationships.
Initial sessions will focus on identifying the underpinnings of your symptoms. Once identified, you will be led through a process of healing which includes:

~ Assistance in healing the unresolved components of the experience on each level effected (physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually).
